As part of the customer experience, the Encore Specialist’s entire focus is on ensuring our owners understand how to fully operate the features of their new vehicle. This position is a high-luxury resource aimed at directly and personally serving our customer by taking unparalleled product knowledge out to them.

This opportunity is an hourly position with a bonus component. As full-time, this individual will have access to paid time off, health and life insurance options, 401k with employer contributions, and much more!

• Fully support and conduct the new vehicle hand-over and training, including scheduling and quality control.
• Provide an educational experience by facilitating training in a customized manner with each owner, paying attention to features known to be difficult to understand.
• Establish trust and rapport with each owner.
• Support the sales and service departments with product knowledge assistance as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Required: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record as this position operates motor vehicles. 
• One year of customer service experience at a luxury brand retail environment, more than one year preferred.
• Presentation skills – Ability to effectively and confidently present information publicly and ability to communicate verbally with high-end customer. 
• Ability to maintain current on product knowledge through completing manufacturer training.
• Technologically savvy.
